My wife has one of these in Walnut and its one of her most used kitchen tools. Its light and easy to grab for cutting up onions, tomatoes, carrots or cheese. When shes done it gets a quick rinse and wipe and its back to the drying rack.
This one is Red Oak and it measures 18.5 wide with the handle and 9 inches deep and its only .5 inch thick
