My wife has one of these in Walnut and its one of her most used kitchen tools. Its light and easy to grab for cutting up onions, tomatoes, carrots or cheese. When shes done it gets a quick rinse and wipe and its back to the drying rack.
This board is made from Spalted Black Birch and measures 17 in with the handle by 9 and its only 7\16 thick. This one is nice and light.
